It is estimated that the ratio of Gump fans to Hoosier fans was 20 to 80 percent . The decline is now in full free fall . That is completely and utterly embarrassing . I guess the no show Gumps had to prioritize double wide repairs

It was great lot of LSU fans showed up for their team and supported the players, regardless of all the outputs.

I was there. About 65,000. Houston fans outnumbered LSU fans 2-1, but I would say about 20,000 Tiger fans were there. Not bad considering the turmoil and opt outs. But Alabama was in a Rose Bowl playoff. No excuse for their fan base.

It looked about 50/50 to me, and the Bama fans seemed to make more noise. It's tough to tell the fan split since both teams have very similar colors.

The current CFP model isn’t sustainable. Fan bases have to pick and choose which cities to go to. Teams will now be vying for the 5-8 seeds to get the extra revenue.

Ole Miss and Miami having to travel to Phoenix.

Oregon and Indiana having to travel to Atlanta.

Talked with a number of Tech fans in Dallas this week that weren’t going to potentially schedule trips to Miami twice in first three weeks and it’s a Monday.

The CFP Championship needs to be on a Saturday. NFL should do a crossover with Gameday on Divisonal round Saturday. First two games at noon and 315 and those lead up to CFP Championship.

Absolutely no more Monday night championship games for college football. It’s stupid trick to drive revenue, I don’t care what they say about the NFL. Baring games around holidays, college games should be on Saturday.

I don’t think that’s the answer he wanted to hear!

ETA: LSU sold out their allotment of tickets.

NFL does not give a frick about anyone else after taking over Christmas and playing games on any day of the week. CFP should do the same.

Alabama fans have never been one of the better traveling fan bases for whatever reason. A lot of bandwagon fans who don’t actually spend money maybe.

I hate the Gumps as much as anyone else, but your statement simply isn't true.

Bama fans will take out a 2nd mortgage on their double wides to pay for football tickets.

Alabama fans already had a travel expense to Oklahoma. Indiana fans did not have to pay to travel anywhere on Dec 19-20.

This entire playoff system was made for TV and not for fans who buy tickets.

I wish we'd go back to 4 teams.

the Rose Bowl is too far from home for all their New Jersey alumni graduates from the past 10 years.

Arrogant asses were probably already booking their Atlanta hotels for the Peach Bowl, and were holding out. Thought they were going to easily handle Indiana
