So we have two videos, of Greg brooks himself, compels contradicting the actual lawsuit
Nowhere in either video does it contradict the lawsuit. He is in fact, reiterating what the lawsuit states.
That he was repeatedly told by the LSU medical staff and coaches he “was good” when in fact, he wasn’t

He says “I’m 100% straight” and feeling good. Weird for someone to say that while complaining about not being 100% and feeling bad everyday to say right?

Yes, I would agree that the discrepancies would be considered weird. Those discrepancies is what the base of the lawsuit really is.
Because he was experiencing recurring symptoms, sometimes more severe than others, sometimes not at all and he was being told that he was fine by trainers with orders signed off by Physicians that didnt see him without being referred to a Neurologist, it seems as if it would be incredibly weird and confusing.

Go to a doctor and say you are feeling dizzy
Then get treated for vertigo and say you are feeling 100%
The doctor isn’t going to send you to get an mri
When the symptoms came back, he then was referred to a specialist. This all happened in 39 days. Which is faster than average according to medical journals
The brooks case has no chance in hell to move forward

I am sure once Brooks became litigious, that Kelly was no longer allowed to speak to him.
This is the only answer that matters.
If you've ever been involved in a lawsuit, or been around some involved in a lawsuit, then you know the first rule of behavior is to stop talking - do NOT give your opponent anything they might be able to use against you, no matter how innocuous you think it may be.
Kelly's heart could have been breaking in sorrow for Greg, or he could have been a cold-hearted SOB that couldn't care less once he was no longer playing for him - it wouldn't matter. With the recent lawsuits brought against LSU athletics for a variety of reasons, I'm sure their lawyers are rabid about protecting their position if there's even a hint of a lawsuit in the air.
So, yeah, BK was probably told to cut off all contact with Greg and his family.
And to those that say "well, if BK was prevented from contacting Greg by LSU he could have come out and said that". No, he couldn't, because that in and of itself would put another bullet in the lawsuit against LSU. If nothing else, that would have been an even worse look than simply cutting off contact....
"Hey Greg, I'd really like to talk to you but LSU's lawyers told me to break off contact. So, sorry, I won't be calling you any more".
That wouldn't play well with either the public or a jury. So best to just keep your mouth shut at that point and let the chips fall.

I read somewhere from someone who played rec ball with Greg when he was young that his dad was never around. It was always his mom and step dad. Interesting timing for his dad to come around if true. Not a peep from his mom yet.

From all accounts his dad was not around at all
Which makes sense why he would not have been contacted until later

Possibly why the attorney is going to the press and stirring up shite to get money another way.

To me, it seams like Brian Kelly was in contact with him for the 3 months after his surgery then something changed and he hasn’t contacted Greg since.
"Something changed" was probably that LSU found out that the Brooks family had hired a lawyer.
Once LSU found out he had hired a lawyer, then that's probably when LSU's legal team told BK to stop communicating with anyone in the Brooks camp because it would have been obvious that a lawsuit was likely coming.

Once a letter of Representation is sent out, you literally cannot contact him
The lawyer is playing games.
He knows that Kelly couldn't contact Brooks once the letter of rep went out

I feel for Greg Brooks. A horrible situation. However this is a damages case, it’s in the best interest of his suit to demonize the people his family is suing. I m highly skeptical of his claims about Kelly not visiting or checking in on him.

No it’s not. It’s a bad look for the Brooks family.

Take the same bet then. LSU will settle, just take the bet.

Sure it does. Stir up as much shite as possible and drive a settlement OOC.
I once had a case at work where an employee was involved in an altercation at work and had zero responsibility for it. The other employee was disciplined and given a last chance agreement (no blows landed, just mouthing). A year later a completely different incident got the innocent employee terminated (theivery, dishonesty) and he sued the company for retaliation for the prior incident. the case had zero merit and no chance as you say in court. Lawyer kept the case on life support for about 3 yrs when the company cut them a check for half a mil just to get rid of it.
I think we had four court dates that always got pushed for some reason. This was no big time lawyer either... just some local dude with no skins on the wall.

Well, it being that this isn’t what happened, I don’t really know what point you’re trying to make.
He saw the trainer, not the doctor. Then when the symptoms came back, he again saw the trainer, not the doctor.

40 days between onset of symptoms and surgery. It was a rare cancer obviously not brought on by playing football, this is not on LSU's athletic department to be able to diagnose that. Brooks wasn't stopped from seeking treatment on his own.
The whole argument regarding BK being there for him or not is moot in regards to the lawsuit.

Ugly and really unfortunate. Alway 3 sides to every story with the true story probably the 3rd.
