Grant delpit just signed a 3 yr 45 mil deal

With 38 mil guaranteed.
Delpit has always been one of my favorite players.
He was a huge part of the defense that won the chip in 2019.
Had some injuries during the beginning of his career with the Browns but has been playing great ball the last couple of years.

As some years have passed, I feel like Delpit has become one of the more underrated players in LSU history.
Delpit was a true LSU DAWG that we have been lacking since 2019. He was one of those guys that brought that dawg mentality to the defensive side of the ball from 2000-2019.
He should have won the Thorpe in 2018, 74 tackles, 10 TFL, 5 picks, but he ended up winning it in 2019 with a “lesser season” He was a beast in 2017 too.
I’m hoping Benefield will fit the mold of a guy like Delpit or Jamal Adams. We have missed guys like that for awhile now.
