Last night was a great win for Coach O. All he has to do is keep winning & most people will be on board. There are some who will never be on board, but that's to be expected...I guess.

It was just one game.
I'm highly encouraged by what I saw, at least in some respects.
LSU is an elite program with elite resources. Anything short of elite results is underperforming.
O will have plenty of chances to prove doubters like me wrong, though. I'd much rather be wrong about O.

Was I bitching in my reply back to you l? I actually haven't posted any bitching. I'm taking the day to appreciate and enjoy the win.
But the jury is still out on O. One quality win doesn't erase the past and create a clean slate. This story is a bit premature. Now if LSU dominates Auburn, then perhaps it would carry more merit. Until then, quit being a hypersensitive douche.

Continually bringing up Troy as a reason to say Orgeron can't succeed is a tired and lazy argument. It was a terrible loss in an overall disappointing season. But, the man made a bunch of changes for this season and any other coach would get 3 full seasons, especially after 9 wins in his first full season.
