You are an ignorant LSU college baseball fan.
Yeah ok.
So was Skip. It is freaking April and I’ll say it again and again so dumbasses like you can understand.
1. LSU HAS PLAYED THE HARDEST PART OF THEIR SCHEDULE AND WON EVERY SERIES EXCEPT THE SC WHICH WAS SPLIT.
2. SKIP HAS SAID FOREVER THAT YOU WIN 2/3 AND MOST IF NOT ALL YOUR MID WEEK GAMES. THAT GETS YOU PAST 40 GAMES VERY EASILY LIKELY 45. YOU NEED A NATIONAL SEED AND WINNING 45 GAMES AND EVERY SERIES IN THE MOST DIFFICULT CONFERENCE IN COLLEGE BASEBALL ABSOLUTELY DOES THAT.
20-9 in the freaking SEC.
That would freaking be 44-11 or BETTER WITH A SWEEP OF ANY OF THEM.
They ARE A NATIONAL SEED SO IT FREAKING DOESNT MATTER WHAT OTHER TEAMS DO!!!

Yeah, the higher your top 8 seed, the weaker the #2 you get. Personally, I think that's a big deal.

So if Ark, Vandy, Fla, and SC end up with more SEC wins and we end up the 5 seed in the SEC tourney, no big deal? We end up 8 seed overall, cool? Or, maybe we hope Ark, Vandy, etc. lose some games and we end up $1 or 2 in the conf. And don't mention Skip, you idiot. That's fricking so irrelevant.

It 100% matters
What are you talking about??

They are playing each other. Do the math

LSU's schedule is fixing to suck in the eyes of the RPI. But maybe we could rise up in the conference. Therefore, I'm pulling for the teams ahead of us to lose. HOLY shite!! Crazy huh? fricking idiot.
ETA When I say the schedule is going to suck in the eyes of the RPI, trust me when I mean only compared to the first 5 weeks. We will still be playing SEC competition I know.

Georgia playing pretty good ball lately. That series may be a lot tougher than we thought.

I hear that. I'm worried about Ole Miss this weekend. They are a caged animal right now. And if you remember last year, their sweep of us turned their season around.

Arky has series with Vandy and SC and TAMU and they will tank.
Vandy has UK, Arky, Tenn and UF…
UF has SC, TAMU, UK and Vandy
The point is NONE OF THESE TEAMS ARE PROJECTED TO WIN AS MANY GAMES AS LSU. NONE.
Some are projecting them to be 47 win team. That’s not only a National seed it is number 1.
I personally don’t think they get to 47. I’m going 45

Yup. There’s really nobody in this conference you can afford to take lightly.

The point is, they are all CURRENTLY winning more than us. So what the frick is your problem with hoping they lose and on a random Thursday night? Idiot
Posted on 4/20/23 at 10:22 pm to SouthEndzoneTiger
All we need is to continue our path. We’ve been #1 since the start of the season and if we can continue that we will be a #1 overall seed.

wow. It isn’t even mid point all all of them have to play each other. That’s why it is PROJECTED. Win 2/3 and sweep Ole Miss or MSU they will likely win the conference and 44-45games BEFORE the SEC Tournament. I mean it isn’t rocket science unless you think they won’t win the easiest part of their schedule especially since they are getting players back and healthy.

Well I mean I want all teams not named LSU to lose as many games as possible so in that regard it does matter
Posted on 4/20/23 at 10:39 pm to SouthEndzoneTiger
If I could pick any one weekend for Tenner to let out their inner douche and play like they did last year it’d be this one. they host Vandy and if they win that series and LSU wins theirs we’ll be within a couple games of leading the SEC with 4 very favorable weekends to play.

First of all, this is false.

What does this even mean at this point? Projected? This isn't preseason. Who gives a frick what is projected at this point?

????? What? That puts us at 20-9. Great record. Awesome. Don't get me wrong in that I will take it. And yes, we would earn a national seed. BUT, do you see what Vandy is doing? That wouldn't put us ahead of them in the conf, and by that time in the season, they would be ranked higer and be a higeher national seed.

Agreed, we will and should win the easiest part of our schedule. But in the meantime, I hope those teams in the conference with more wins than us, lose. Whoa!!!!!! Shocking!!!! So you can suck a dick when I say, "Geaux Georgia!!".

Geez, Calm down.
Most of us are all well aware that a Top8 seed is really all that matters for the postseason and national title hopes. We’re solidly on track to do that.
Nonetheless, it should come as no surprise that we’d all like to also win the conference as well (regular season). That’s what this thread is about… winning the SEC. And to take it even a step further even though it’s effectively irrelevant, when Hoover time comes hell of course I want lsu to win that as well. I want lsu to win everything.
Of course we want to win it all… national title, SEC regular season champs, SEC tourney. Who doesn’t!?! We can walk and chew gum at the same time here.
Yes the goal is national seed (and national title), but there’s certainly no harm in cheering for and also wanting an SEC title along the way.
