Gavin Guidry...I’m glad he was able to finish the game.

The kid went through some adversity in the CWS.

I think Jay was very intentional in letting him close it out. The kid is gonna have some serious confidence going in to next season

I’m not sure how he walks around with that huge sack!

He's a very good pitcher. Still don't understand how he has pitched a HR in the first few pitches each of the last 3 outings. shite is bizarre.

I wish we could find a good frontal pic of his "are you not entertained" pose to his teammates after the last out.

A flat fastball and hanging breaking balls against elite offenses. Can’t wait to see him swing the bat next season.

He only throws two pitches and his fastball is not bad, but it’s not great. So good hitters are going to get theirs against Guidry. The thing that works for him is, like Cooper, he throws strikes, so when he gives up the big hit there are not a lot of runners on base.

If Guidry is going to make it as a pitcher he will have to develop a changeup and get better with his fastball. Although I think he would be a useful bullpen arm, I think Guidry is going to be a position player not a pitcher. Maybe we will keep using him as a reliever, too.

I think Jay knows what he is doing. Rant opinions are fun, but lets leave it to the pros.

Dude will be a great one.

I loved how after getting ahead tithe last batter, when all the Tiger fans stood up and got loud how the camera caught him unable to hold back a smile.

He's always got that passed off killer look but he couldn't hold it in at that moment.
