Based on weather conditions in Columbia, the teams will reconvene at 4 p.m. to discuss a start time for game 2 of the doubleheader.
Rain is in the area. We’re looking to reconvene at 5 pm to have a start time for Game 2.
With rain still in the area, we will reevaluate at 5:30 pm.

The temperature in Columbia drop 15 degrees since the end of game 2. Was 74, now 59.

Pea sized hail to the west and rotating wall cloud to the east of Columbia being reported right now.
It's moving slowly NE and will eventually clear out. It will be a little while though

I honestly think there is a little chance they could start at 7. No guarantees it would get finished but looks like the only opportunity.
