Did a little research.

There are 77 rows in the bowl.

Each numbered section has two halves — the “L” and the “H”.

Seat numbers in the L section start with 1 and go up. Seat numbers in the H start with 101 and go up. So if you have seats 107 and 108 (like me), you are 7 seats from an aisle.

Take this interactive link for a drive, click on a section and see the view. For example there are two sections with the number 21, one has seats 1-18 (other sections have more or less) and the other Section 21 has seats 101 and up as the previous poster mentioned.

According to LSU, I am in H:25, Row 10. This makes no sense to me. Am I close to the field or in the upper portion of Section 25? I think maybe there are rows A-N in Section 25, which means 14 rows, then 10 rows, so am I really on row 24 in Section 25 from the field?

I have H 26, row M. I notice that some rows have letters and some have numbers. I know I am in the end zone but I don't know how high up.

ETA - Okay, I guess I am on row 13 since the first 14 rows have letters.

I'm in H25, row 4. I thought that meant I was 4 rows from the field, but it looks like the first 14 rows are A-N like you said, then numbered from there. So, I'll be in the 18th row from the field.

Yes, I think that is correct, 24 rows from the field which is good.

Both Sections numbered 25 have rows numbered N-A (listed backwards like that). So 14 rows of letters in Section 25 before the numbers start.

I think that is right, 18th row for you.

Yes that would be 13 rows from the bottom. Also 26 has two sections, one section has seats numbered 1-13 and the other section moving towards the LSU sideline is numbered 101-112.

This is the 3D view from the section with seats numbered 1-13.

The Rose Bowl is in a great location, very scenic. I guess every football fan should see one game game there, but I will never go back if a full stadium is expected.
As described. As many as 100 seats between aisles. I am all of 5’6” & my knees touch the seat back in front. When the guy in seat 50 needs to leave, everyone has to stand.

I'm 6'2" and thought it was looking tight, that just confirms it'll be a bit uncomfortable. Worth it to say I've been there once.

Thanks. Look for me on TV if the field goals go wide left.

Nice.

I’ve purchased my flight tickets, made hotel reservations, and I’m working on rental car reservations, but I’m sticking to my guns and not buying tickets to the game until the day of.

I truly believe tickets are going to be ultra cheap the day of the game, and there isn’t a bad seat in the Rose Bowl.

I'm L 25 Row 66. I guess that's near the top despite the "L"

Still fine

This is untrue. There are tons of bad seats in the Rose Bowl. It doesn’t have decks, just huge sections that span all the way to the top of the stadium which makes the upper seats very far from the field. The seats are extremely uncomfortable but it’s a beautiful area and the weather will be perfect but the stadium itself, the concessions and the parking are all horrible.
