should be worried LSU will dump Miles and try and hire their coach. I think the guy has done a good job there and like most i'm not happy with how we have played in all but one game so far, but does anything show their myopia more than this?

Well....I agree these douchebags are saying that about Miles but I'm not hearing a bunch of Saints in the Superbowl talk.

Huh? How am I trashing them by saying their coach is doing a good job? I am trashing that horrible kpel radio station. My kid goes to school there dude so I have no problem with them. I call them USL because that's what they always were growing up. I went to NLU for a few years and still refer to them as NLU and always will. If i Have any resentment it's because some of their alums mistakenly assumed if they changed to ULL it would increase their academic respect so NLU was forced to change their name too. But it's not any long term resentment. If that's what you take as a dig, I don't intend it to be one at all, seriously.

Lafayette media dogs on LSU more than most....same as BR media props them up a bit more than most. ULL students don't like LSU for whatever reason. Not sure why. It's not like they are a rival of ours, they are a smaller in-state school who gets support from us when they go bowling like last year. I think it's a bit of jealousy tbh.
Also, just to show you an example of how highly they think of their program....One of the guys on the radio over here thought the 10 point spread against Okie lite was too big. SOme of the callers actually thought ULL should've been the favorite heading into Stillwater. Crazy. Most are level-headed, but some are delusional homers.

"Other schools are laughing at us". Give me a fricking break. Playing poorly or not, LSU is #3-4 in the nation,won the SEC, the toughest conference in the country, last yr with an undefeated season, etc etc etc. And what exactly has ULLLLLLL done in comparison: won the NO bowl. Gave up 60+ points to a team LSU would beat handidly. Plays before 25,000 + fans, mabe. SLI, USL, ULLL, whatever its name is this yr, their fans have always had major penis envy when it comes to LSU & any real LSU fan understands this & ignores those clowns.
