The "Fire Sankey" billboards are LIVE with the simple graphics. A number of you provided much better art, and the committee thanks you for that. We went with what we had because we wanted to get something up quickly. It has made news.

We are going to put in new art for the Birmingham billboard starting tomorrow. We need your vote. Of all those are submitted, these are the best that we can likely get through Lamar legal. Some of your ideas are maginificent but would never make it through.

The pilot tells me he can only fly us from 11-2 due to a TFR (temporary flight restriction) put in place for the game. We are therefore going to go with a simple banner that says "FIRE SANKEY." Because we are going text only, that leaves us some more time to finalize the message.

It also leaves budget for billboards in Oxford if you all have some of your usual brilliant ideas. I was personally thinking of one that says "September is Tonsolitis Awareness Month, sponsored by the Friends of Trinidad Chambliss. But you all do your magic. I want to go live with those in Oxford (assuming there is supply) on Wednesday or Thursday, so we have a little time on the art.

We appreciate all the input.

Oh, you can give more if you want, but I think we have plenty for this campaign.
