Yeah that first picture isn’t improvements that’s just a entirely new stadium. Even the 2nd picture doesn’t address the #1 concern which is the bullpens.

LOL, if this stadium actually existed it would be empty for all but like 6 regular season games.

My wishlist would be:
1. Bullpens out of play
2. replace all bleachers with chairbacks.
3. Extend left field seats all the way to batters eye and replace right field stands with a partydeck/beer garden type area along with a student section BUT NOT A BERM.
4. Extend concourse to where you can walk around the entire stadium.
5. Extend suites to foul poles.

It would be cool to have something similar to the home run porch at Dell Diamond in Round Rock, even on a smaller scale

Way too big for a college baseball stadium. Going bigger than you can fill isn't always a good thing as we've seen with a lot of football stadiums in recent years

Those pics don't have shaded seats.
My wishlist is simply to build out the stadium the same way they did from 1st base to 3rd base all the way down the left and right foul lines and curve around the left outfield section as well . This would provide shaded seatback chairs with a walking concourse for standing room admission from foul pole to foul pole.

People that have em sure seem to have alot of folks hanging out on them.
I dont care what the concept is, but something aside from more seats. I dont care about chairbacks, I have no problem with bleacher seating.
