I watched the interview. I never heard him say "checked out".

I heard him say that the "focus" wasn't all there between the Florida and Ole Miss games, but the following bye week allowed everyone to refocus.

Maybe you can tell me at what time in the interview you heard him say the coaches "checked out" or else you are just a trolling bs artist.

Once Ed was fired, they're essentially all fired so they're all going to be putting out feelers for their next move.

Thus a factor in why only one was retained out of the entire on and off field group.

BK has put a great staff together on paper. Lets see how they move forward but I am pumped up.

Happens everywhere. Even Orgeron himself mentioned it when USC was hiring Pete Carroll. He was the only assistant on the road recruiting while other assistants were looking for other jobs.

When you fire the coach mid season you are punting on the rest of the season. The Kentucky game was woodys first real chance to fire O so he got it done. Had he waited O could have won enough games to save his job.

Did Jacque ask Jones why we were so unprepared to play UCLA?

The 2021 LSU defense had the worst blitz percentage in the history of modern football for the first 8 games of the year. There is nothing anyone can ever say that can justify why we were so vanilla and scared to bring pressure. D.Jones seems like a nice guy but that stat will never make sense. If he wasn't able to scheme those packages himself all fall camp or he wasn't allowed to implement those pressures by Orgeron, he is a weak DC.

he mentioned not blitzing due to having good players on the line and great corners in Ricks and Stingley, but they were still torched against UCLA

I think the only person that completely checked out was Pootz but I guess I’d prioritize job hunting too if I had 7 kids or whatever amount he has

Daronte is a very well spoken guy.

I know you meant that nicely, but no one ever says that about anyone who isn’t black.
