*notable moment in the interview: Jones said the coaching staff checked out & were actively looking for jobs after the announcement of CEO departure*

This was in reference to the week after, and it showed up in the Ole Miss game. He went on to say the bye week came at a great time which allowed them all to refocus.

Really enjoyed his insights. Definitely worth the listen.

My favorite parts of the interview were his assessment of the talent and future of several returning players including Smith, Roy, Ojulari, Baskerville, Cage, Langois, Jones and several of the WR's.

Pump the brakes. He called Harold Perkins twice. TWICE

I also listened to the interview and agree with your synopsis. I thought Daronte was well spoken, measured and informative. I wish him well.

6 total yards rushing. The lowest total in their history to the team that played for a title. Mediocre didn’t do that.

That is the one part you can toss. Of course he will only say positive things when asked about specific players.

Rockin the balmain

Thought it was a good interview. Liked what he said about the kids never blinking despite the constant adversity

Hope he lands a good gig back in the league

That was a very good interview. Thanks for the link. He didn’t say they checked out though.
