In Baton Rouge back on June 14, 2 people were killed in the other vehicle. Sounds like a terrible situation & doesn’t look good (legally) for Murphy

WAFB video below & here is the original release from BRPD LINK

(6/30 Update)
quote:

Sources tell the WAFB I-TEAM that Richard Murphy was booked into jail Tuesday morning, accused of causing a crash that left two people dead.

Murphy is charged with two counts of vehicular homicide, first-degree vehicular negligent injuring, traffic control signals, operating while impaired (first offense), reckless operation of a vehicle, insurance required, and operating vehicle while license is suspended.

He comes from a really good family. He’s from a small town in North La. Before him Anthony McFarland was recruited to LSU from that region of the state. He’s a hero in those parts.

That wasn’t a coincidence. The poster buried the information within that thread. This has been known for a couple of days.

A great RB for LSU. Sad to hear this news for all involved.

That crash was the latest in Richard Murphy's mistakes. Hauling arse through a red light and fatally t-boning another vehicle isn't a mistake. It's vehicular homicide.

That poster must've known something considering the wreck happened last week.

Maybe he had a medical emergency? I don't know any facts so I will reserve judgment!

You should go back and read that thread if it wasn’t deleted

That dude is a socially awkward retard. He clearly has issues.

ETA - talking about the OP from the thread yesterday

Terrible situation. Sounds like he was a repeat offender with speeding.
Going to be an expensive lesson b/c he should go to jail for negligent vehicular homicide.

It was a shitty thread to make but i wouldn't exactly call this "burying information"

Me too, but I'm hearing he killed 2 people and put another in critical condition the Sunday before last. Luckily for him, you can drive way over the speed limit, run a red light, be obviously intoxicated, kill 2 people and the BRPD will let you go home.

He has a history of “mistakes“. Because of his athleticism, he has gotten a pass and never has been held accountable. It’s gonna take loss of life of others for him to finally get what he deserve…..
