Notre Dame would beat LSU this year. their defense is good enough and Book would be able to score points.

I am not sure Michigan, on the other hand, would be able to score enough, although their defense would would stifle LSU. I think LSU would win a low scoring game.

Clemson has not looked good when I have seen them.

Yes. Last season where we were considered a better team, where everyone talked about how terrible they were. Then they beat us It goes to show that national perception is generally more accurate than our regional perception. Is that hard to understand? Because that is all we are dealing w is perceptions. Have you watched a single ND game this year?

I am not a ND fan. But LSU fans love to discount ND.

LSU lost to a meh UF team. That is something ND has not done.

ND has a defense very similar to Alabama. We would be a 7 point dog to the third ranked team.

Michigan would best LSU by a good bit. We wouldn’t score at all

We would wear out bad. Without Fulton in to give Aranda some flexibility in coverage we would stay in a lot of zone to keep eyes on Shea. Harbaugh would go all Stanford and underneath us to death

But we wouldnt score 10.

What has happened since UGA to make you think we would beat any of the other top 8 teams? Sure, we could revert to UGA-game form, I guess. I just haven't seen any of that since then and rarely saw it before that. I WANT us to, for sure. Just not seeing it and wouldn't bet on it right now.

Also neutral site, Georgia probably beats us too.

That’s just dumb.

When it’s rocking TS is certainly one of the best home field advantages in the world. However, NO home field is worth 2 TD’s. We are better.

I love LSU. This team would not beat bama, Clemson, Notre dame or Michigan. Beating UGA again would be a stretch. OU would be difficult.

The offense that this team runs is putrid. Leveraging the defense yet again on a offense that can barely get out of its own way is not something I want to see again. It's like you people didn't watch the Bama game.

Tomorrow is going to be a difficult game. Thinking of playoffs is frankly ludicrous at this point.

Some of you are really delusional. Clemson would give us a run? Auburn gave us a RUN. Florida gave us a RUN. We have two losses for a reason and we won't make the playoffs because of that and that is OK, we can have a great season still. But this thought process of we could beat every one except Bama so we should be in the playoffs is childish and shows to what level of moron some LSU fans are. Fact is the people ranked lower than us right now will not be if they continue to win and we have no way of improving our rank. Get out of here with that bullshite about the playoffs it is pitiful.

Alabama, Clemson, Oklahoma (can’t score enough), UGA (Kirby would coach smarter a second time), ND

Any top 25 team could beat us strictly due to our offense being terrible. If we had a halfway decent offense I wouldn’t be saying this.

Oh really? The team whose backup QB has won a National Championship and is something like 22-1 in his career as a starter.

Outside of bama and Clemson there are about 10 teams all around the same level. Lsu is in that bunch.
