I mean I somewhat get it given the way it all ended at Baylor. That being said, he has a year under his belt at UH and time tends to heal all wounds.
I’ve given my opinion in a few threads that SE was a place holder in that O wanted either Freeze or Briles but there was just to much heat on them at the time

This was almost a year ago, back in January. It’s not recent, but i keep seeing all over here that “O doesn’t want Briles, etc”. We had a chance, not sure if he still feels the same way. I assume he does given our budget for coordinators..

It makes for such a good story though. Alleva is absolutely a detriment to the program, but Orgeron wanted Ensminger to be the guy from the start. The other names floated were to give the appearance of a search.

As much as some of us would love to see it happen...there is no way in hell Alleva and O are going to change OC's after 1 year after the Canada debacle UNLESS Ensminger tells O to do it.
