You think any of those academics would want to be eviscerated in front ot the Senate Judiciary Committee on national television by someone with Kennedy's academic background? (Vanderbilt, Virginia Law, post graduate work in Oxford)

Very likely Sankey himself texted Pawwl that Kennedy threatened PCSA and tax exemption.
That Sankey couldn’t see this coming tells you what a short sighted dumbass he is. This outcome and congressional involvement was predicted by me and others on Tuesday once the SEC released Delly and Finebaum on the expulsion bluff.

Finebaum knows nothing. His show is just the dumbest white trash calling in over and over and thanking him like he is doing them a favor for taking their moronic calls. It's like a tamer Jerry Springer with a boring host.
The only thing that makes him worth watching at times is that he somehow gets SEC coaches to go on there. But even his interview are boring and then he backstabs every coach nice enough to go on there the minute they are off air with him. He's a loser.

The interesting part is, he is an alumni of the only university that has a different set of circumstances where is this first amendment Wright bullshite applies since they are not a public university at least that’s what I understood.
