A final four equals like 4 baseball NC”s.

There have been 10 conferences represented in the Final 4 the past 10 seasons

Big 10
Big 12
SEC
Pac 12
ACC
Big East
Missouri Valley
Horizon
West Coast
Colonial

In baseball the past 10 seasons the conferences represented with the last 4 teams:

SEC
Big 10
Pac 12
Big 12
ACC
Big South

The parity is insane. In college baseball you are pulling for dudes who went undrafted or in the 32nd round of the MLB draft.

Just out of curiosity, do you know who either of these two guys are?

Personally I would take a national championship season in any of the 3 major sports over a non national championship season, but I’m also just as big of a baseball fan as I am basketball.
To me, watching a team make a run in Omaha is just as enjoyable as watching a team make a run in the tournament.
As for notoriety I think a tournament run would obviously bring more immediate attention to LSU because it’s much more popular nationally but I’m not sure how much of a difference it would make in the long run. See 2006 for example

You are so wrong. One final 4 in basketball is more important than an INFINITE number of baseball championships.

The error of your argument is that NOBODY 30 feet outside of BR gives a flying fLuck about college baseball. There is a big 2, not a big 3.

I seriously think the reason so many people are picking LOSING in the Final Four over WINNING a national title is because they hate the idea of CPM having more success.

Seriously, do people not realize the history of our school? Skip Bertman is an icon.
