A final four equals like 4 baseball NC”s.

Considering college baseball is a completely irrelevant sport that no one in this country watches or cares about

The parity is insane. In college baseball you are pulling for dudes who went undrafted or in the 32nd round of the MLB draft.
Just out of curiosity, do you know who either of these two guys are?

Now do the “elite eight” also know as the college world series

Not trolling. Genuinely have no clue

Personally I would take a national championship season in any of the 3 major sports over a non national championship season, but I’m also just as big of a baseball fan as I am basketball.
To me, watching a team make a run in Omaha is just as enjoyable as watching a team make a run in the tournament.
As for notoriety I think a tournament run would obviously bring more immediate attention to LSU because it’s much more popular nationally but I’m not sure how much of a difference it would make in the long run. See 2006 for example

You are so wrong. One final 4 in basketball is more important than an INFINITE number of baseball championships.

The error of your argument is that NOBODY 30 feet outside of BR gives a flying fLuck about college baseball. There is a big 2, not a big 3.

Claiming a national title? Over a final four appearance
What the frick is wrong with you people

I'll take the baseball championship every time. Live way further than 30 ft away.

I seriously think the reason so many people are picking LOSING in the Final Four over WINNING a national title is because they hate the idea of CPM having more success.
Seriously, do people not realize the history of our school? Skip Bertman is an icon.

You remember losing in the final four like you do winning a national title?

Not many people give a shite about college baseball so the answer is simple.

College baseball barely has 15 good teams. College basketball has over 50 to 75 good teams who can beat each other on any given day.
