Committee setting up to drop the tigers to 2 in order to set up the loser of the SECG to get bounced out of the top 4.

The committee needs a PAC 12 team in this year.

Rankings going into conference champ games

1) OSU
2) LSU
3) Clemson
4) UGA

LSU - UGA loser is out

Final rankings

1) OSU
2) UGA-LSU winner
3) Clemson
4) Oregon -Utah if they win Pac12 Champ

Agreed. I'm rooting for Oregon and Utah to keep rolling.

Actually I think LSU stays #1 going into SECCG unless we squeak by one of the next 2.

I still think LSU gets the 1 seed if they win out.

If LSU lost to UGA they would have the beat loss of all contenders plus better wins than all contenders.

I think LSU drops to #2, with a chance to move back to #1 after the SEC championship game.

If LSU enters the SECCG undefeated, LSU is in the CFP .... PERIOD!

Didn't you just see the ESPN crew say there is no scenario in which LSU is out if they finish the regular season undefeated?

I don’t t understand how no one realizes that it doesn’t matter where LSU is ranked this week or next.

Unless 2 of the other P5 conference champs ends up with 1 loss the loser of the SECCG is out.

The SECCG is a playoff game for all practical purposes

why would LSU drop from #1 if they remain undefeated?

If we beat UGA, that will be 2 wins against top 4 in the country already. Hell, we're playing a playoff game when we play UGA

a total of 5 wins against teams who were in the top 10 when we played them...

5!

LSU will be #1

Clemson’s signature win is over...A&M.

If we beat A&M by as much or more than they did, we are in as long as SECCG is a win or close loss.

While I love hearing that a loss to Georgia doesn’t disqualify us, I’d sure love it if LSU splatters UGA all over the field December 7th

All i know is Bama should fall next week just by virtue of being mathematically eliminated from winning their own division.

If LSU is 13-0 fresh off of a win vs #4 UGA they’ll jump back to #1 (assuming OSU jumps them after PennSt/Mich wins)

1. LSU
2. Ohio State
3. Clemson
4. PAC12

If LSU loses, it’ll depend on how.

Competitive loss, I think LSU has a shot to get in.

1. Ohio State
2. Georgia
3. Clemson
4. LSU or PAC12
(avoids an immediate rematch if LSU)
