Columbia, SC - only comes in at night but I got to listen to many LSU games that were not on TV nationally.

In Atlanta at night - no problem. I'll get some static depending on the weather, but...

Regularly in Iowa City, Iowa...also in Clayton, NM

Charleston, SC. It's hard to get a good signal indoors, so I'd turn on the car radio and sit in the driveway with a cold beverage. Listened to alot of the games that aren't on TV in past years, such as the Tulane game the last 2 years.
I remember reading an article about Mike Archer years ago when he was coaching for the Pittsburgh Steelers. Driving around at night, he'd turn on WWL to listen to the LSU games as he's still a fan.

Tent camping near the Buffalo River in north Arkansas. LSU / Auburn, 2002 I believe.

I, unfortunately, live in Bentonville, AR, but I can listen to the LSU games at night. And if you think people like Jimmy Ott or Bobby Hebert are hard to listen to, you should have to suffer through idiots like T.J. Carpenter up here. Man, sports talk radio up here is horrible.

I live in Columbia, SC. The last time I was able to pick up WWL was on a clear, beautiful Saturday night on October 11th, 1997.

Wasn't an LSU game, but we could get a faint WWL signal in Saudi Arabia. Wasn't anything you could listen to, but you'd hear enough to know it was WWL

I can hear it good in Head Of Island,La,,,just saying

So I was wondering, what is the farthest place you or a family member caught an LSU game on WWL Radio?
Morris Plains, NJ.....sitting in my car with this chick who just didn't understand why a very late completion to Brad Davis from Bert Jones was so compelling. LSU won...we got busy...never saw her again. WIN....WIN....WIN.

Here in Little Rock and when traveling to and from Bastrop. Reception sucks though and its very annoying.

At our hunting camp near San Antonio.

I've listened to WWL all over the country....but over the last few years the coverage area has decreased....once the nights get long, i can normally get good reception clear up into New York State....

Living in NC I used to routinely listen to WWL at night(in the car was always better than the house), until we got XM.

Chicago. A lot of static but clear enough to understand what was going on. John Ferguson announced at the time.

My dad told me that when he was stationed in Alaska during the Korean Conflict, he could pick up WWL on some occasions.
