This is a remarkable post. This is how I pictured the real Death Valley growing up. I went to every home game for almost 15 years. I haven't been to a LSU game in a few years due to professional obligations, but from what I gather it is nowhere near close to what it used to be. One can hope we get there Nov 3rd.

Bump. If the admins won’t sticky this thread, then we should make sure it stays on the first page for two weeks.

My last semester at LSU. I could not talk for two weeks. Lost my voice and damaged my vocal chords. My ears were ringing for 3days afterwards. Worst than sitting on the front row at a The Who concert. LSU grad 1979.

Bama has won 27 games at your home field. 2 games more than the total LSU wins in the series. LSU has beat Bama 25 times. Sometimes the home field advantage doesn't matter.

I noticed tons people Saturday that actually looked like they didn’t know who was playing much less where what was going on during game.

Granted I was in stadium club,,, still.
Be fricking engaged or stay home and watch.

biggest thing for me is that when Bama makes a play (they will eventually cuz they are good) we need to immediately get the LSU chant going.

This x 1000!

I think about that 2003 UGA day game, after they scored the stadium went nuts with support for the team & the team fed off it.

With all of the preoccupation with trying to embarrass the conference, I think I'll bump my own thread to reminder people that our #1 goal is to win the game. And that means making Tiger Stadium an absolute nightmare for Tua and the Bama offense.

Chants, protest, etc. are all good. But from kickoff to 0:00, we need to focus our ire on those bastards whose uniform is the color of menstrual blood.
