Have to go to the dance recital. Dvr. Use the LSU AP on your iPhone and get some AirPods. You will look like a secret service agent in the dance recital venue

Your viewing will have no outcome on the game but will mean the world to your daughter.

did you? Sounds to me like you’re continuing the cycle. Your dad skipped your stuff and now you’re also advocating skipping kid’s events.

Your kids should come first.

Get a phone app to watch it and a plug in for your phone and ear and go to the recital. Let your wife drive. Tell anybody who makes a comment to fvck themselves.

Daughter comes first. DVR the game and watch when you get home with a nice steak and a good scotch.

Go buy a camcorder as a surprise gift for your wife. Let her know that you look forward to capturing a lifetime of memories together. Watch the recital Sunday.

Your little darling will probably be performing for only 5 mins out of the whole thing. They force everyone to sit there the whole time. Nothing wrong with listening on a single AirPod until the second your daughter hits the stage. Then pay attention to her. Then back to the game.

All the moms in this thread will be on social media or recording the whole thing, so you get no points off for listening on AirPods.

Pretty sure if this is a Fall Dance recital, there's probably a Christmas one, and a spring one, and a summer one...

My point: unless this is her last, or she's a prodigy who will be going to Juilliard, you can miss one recital. Have your wife record it, and watch it your daughter after.
