Why is no one talking about the other SEC schools that are doing this? There are things to not understand really. College football is insane right now. What LSU is trying to do is mild compared to other shite that has already happened in college football. Why is that?

Exactly my point! Why is the media and SEC taking a special interest in LSU? When LSU has been a standing member for over a century? Why does the SEC want to bury one of its founding members?

Tbh I think it’s more of a Kiffin thing than an LSU thing. The media just really has it out for the man lol

It sure as hell won’t run from the farthest western team in Austin.

The court order doesn’t say it’s ok. The court order says let it play out but you can’t punish anyone until the hearing is heard and a decision is made.

Check your facts dude. Auburn, SC, and Ole Miss also offered Wright.

Texas had an OL that literally went through mini camps with the Browns and Cowboys. Of course it's a stretch to call the Browns a professional organization.

You have like 8 teams that have been members for 94 years… LSU is one of them… and Texas who has been here for 24 months. frick Texas and their bullshite

Blows my mind that these other universities are going to bat for a team that just got here and not a founding member of the conference

First off this will never happen. But there is definitely a bigger picture here that we don’t know yet.

For Sark to sit there and accuse another school in the conference he just joined as being someone that should be removed from the conference he just joined is crazy to me

The SEC, Big Ten and Big 12 want to form their own thing outside of the NCAA. Each court ruling moves us towards these conferences being legally classified as pro leagues. What’s happening is by design.

And where will LSU land? Outside of the conference they founded? With fricking Texas and Oklahoma being members?

This is quickly making Texas our new rival in my eyes. It makes sense. We share recruiting grounds ands share a border. frick Texas and their bullshite

We have won 2 nattys since they last won one in football… and at least 2-3 in baseball.

No, this public fighting is theatrics, no different that political posturing over some bill. LSU isn’t leaving the SEC, the SEC won’t be a thing soon, it’ll be one big league with divisions.

This involves all sports but the concentrated media is loving the football right now.

We are about to have a NFL mini. This will be the straw that broke the camels back.

That’s what the big conferences want. Every ruling and counter pushes it closer.

So what you think happens? Louisiana judge rules players eligible, LSU plays them this weekend, all hell breaks lose. Then at end of season all the major conferences say frick you NCAA we’re done. frickers

Right how does this happen to screw LSU? Court holds up ruling saying that SEC can’t overrun the court ruling. LSU and some other schools play this average college players who couldn’t make an NFL roster… and then somehow the SEC and NCAA punish us for it? When it was ruled to be within the rules laid out by the NCAA? I don’t get what the conferences are trying to accomplish? Why is everyone against bring back players who tried out for NFL teams when the rules allow it?

These aren’t exactly top tier guys. It’s players who missed rosters in the NFL and it’s literally the only year it would happen.

So what is the uproar and why are teams saying not to do it? Certainly that TE and DL aren’t that big of difference makers
