How dare a team like Texas, who just joined this conference suggest that we be removed.

Texas is speaking from common sense.

They are destroying the sport that we all loved.
I've followed LSU for over sixty years. Now there is not a game that I look forward to seeing.
I'll probably tune in the Clemson game just for curiosity.

There are zero other teams trying to roster nfl training camp cuts.

I can understand the idea that it’s hypocritical to allow mini camp but not training camp. I can also understand how the 2022 class is getting screwed.

I cannot understand the idea that “everyone else is doing it too.” No they aren’t. I thought that after nfl cut day a handful of other teams would sign bounce back players but they didn’t. LSU is the only team publicly trying to roster guys that signed NFL contracts.

To be clear, I’m not saying I agree. I’m not saying it makes sense. And im not saying you don’t have a point. I’m saying that the entire college football world agrees that there needs to be a line drawn and signing and NFL contract is the line that everyone else has agreed to. LSU is the only team fighting it.

When you look around and everyone else is being an a-hole. Maybe you’re the a-hole.
The dumbest take I've seen on this board in years. Years!

LOL. The mental gymnastics on this is hilarious. Mini camp not in the NFL. Training camp in the NFL. Fricking symantics. The definition of an NFL player , which by the way has been recognized throughout history, is a player that makes the regular season roster. Period. End of story. And what makes this even more ridiculous is players in their 6th, 7th even 8th year in college and players making $4-$5 million in college. This is absolutely all about LSU and Kiffen. As long as Kiffen is within his legal rights I'm all for him pushing the envelope on this. He's smart enough to know if and when to pull the plug but until Thursday's hearing keep moving forward.
