The gold truck witness told the trooper that the woman behind him caused the wreck. He did not slam on his brakes. There were no skid marks.
Then the trooper tells him it is important to state that he slammed on his brakes to avoid the green Charger (Lacy) which was coming at him in the wrong lane.

Shows how unreliable eyewitnesses can be! The woman was driving too fast behind the gold truck. When he hit his breaks she almost rear ended him so she swerved into oncoming traffic. Lacey was over 200 feet away. This is unreal

Sad situation.
What I gather is he was driving recklessly but didn’t actually cause the crash so everyone just blamed it on the guy with the flashy car.

WATCH the video dumb arse. Anyone who thinks he possibly could have contributed to the cause clearly has not watched the video. The objective evidence is conclusive. How is this video exonerating him just now coming out? A young man killed himself due to this hanging over his head. If any good comes of this whole situation I hope it is getting all video evidence out in a timely fashion.
