By better place, do you mean Heaven? Not sure that suicide deaths qualify to go straight to Heaven if there really is such a place.

Family needs to bring a lawsuit against LSP for false statements and conclusions on cause and his involvement, kid was innocent and LSP help media run with a false narrative on the events because of his fame and the victim was a retired military member, which seemed bias the LSP investigation

Pretty much. That driver clearly said to the trooper that the lady behind him caused the accident and that he himself did not hard brake.
Watching this makes me say f you to that state trooper who tried to take his statement.

Kyren didn’t cause the accident. The gold car said it was the fault of the woman tailgating him. She was following way too close at a high rate of speed to react. She lied, but her black box showed she was at fault. The only thing Kyren was guilty of was passing in a no passing lane.

Video reflects he was 100 yards BEHIND the accident. Impossible for him to contribute in any way to the cause of it. In fact, there was a car between him and the accident. He simply followed that car and drove around it.
Also, accident looks relatively minor on video. Must have been an underlying health issue involved that caused the death of one of the drivers.

By the time he got back in his lane, he was 92 yards behind the vehicle that caused the collision (and there was another vehicle in between he and the vehicle that caused the Collison).
At the time of impact, he was 72 yards behind the collision.
The fact that he was charged with what he was charged with is insane.

Yeah, putting the “percentage of fault” practical “who is at fault here” aside…. I think at a minimum it’s very clear he should not have been charged with a crime
Maybe a traffic violation for passing in no pass zone but nothing criminally.
I do think he played a role and would have definitely been involved and on the hook in the civil stuff, but certainly no crime was committed IMO

You obviously didn’t watch the video or don’t understand. The state police’s accounts and the DAs office accounts are different with the DA proving Kyrens innocence.

That said, I listened to this whole thing. What a terrible outcome. Driver number 2 caused this deadly accident t that ended up taken two lives. In order to cover up her tailgating and distracted driving she lied about where Kyren’s vehicle was and what it was doing.
The state trooper took her version as truth and ran with it. That lie, compounded by the trooper believing it killed Kyren Lacy.

As I think about it more, the fat bitch eating while driving was probably too close to the back of the gold truck to even have seen Kyren’s car coming. She was so tight on his arse she couldn’t react to the trucks slowing and panicked because her fat arse wasn’t paying attention. Yeah, the more I think about this fat, lying bitch the angrier I get.
