ESPN's Bart Scott, a former Raven, issued physical threats to Joe Burrow insults him. WTF!

ESPN analyst Bart Scott, a former Raven, rips Joe Burrow, Zac Taylor and issues physical threats towards Joe Burrow in future games with the Ravens.
Scott ranted on ESPN that "Joe Burrow is not a tough guy", that the Ravens are going to "become head hunters", he's (J. Burrow) "going to get the rib shot"... "the headshot"... "make his head bounce off the ground shot", then mocks Joe's looks by comparing him to the child actor.
This guy is tilted, he's lost his damn mind, does he really want to mess with Superman's cape? LINK

I am sure he was kidding, but I don’t see justifying what he said here. Especially not Burrow. Burrow finished some game earlier in the season with a throat/breathing issue. I’d say he is very much a tough guy. I remember even back to his Ohio St days how his teammates acknowledged how tough he was. Something along the lines of him having the mentality of a linebacker.
