It's not going to drive me crazy and I personally will not lose any sweat off my back what the OP does. I was just making a suggestion for him so he doesn't have to be the miserable person he is and can once again become happy. Personally, I think it is detrimental to the fan base as a whole for people like the OP to go to games, or be fans in general. How can you be a fan of a team if you want said team to fail? And if not you are just a bandwagon follower and won't be able to take the bad times.

Oh really...

In the past year, LSU has shattered several major fundraising records — efforts that university leaders say will help the university grow and improve programs — even as state funding remains relatively stagnant.

LSU got several large-scale gifts from its supporters, including the university’s largest-ever in-kind contribution in the form of geoscience and engineering software valued at $62 million. Other major donations coming into the school included a $40 million anonymous gift split between the academic endowment and the endowment that supports athletic programs, and the largest unrestricted endowed gift in the university’s history

SEC has shared revenue. LSU will get their money no matter the number of people in the seats. TV money is the most important thing.
yes, TV money is a big component, as is the bowl payouts, which are shared.
But I think you're wrong about shared revenue for anything other than that. Schools don't share ticket sales, merchandising, concessions, parking, etc.
And I don't quite get why people are blasting the OP. He doesn't like the quality of the product on the field so he's voting with his wallet.
I do the same thing all the time with products or companies I don't like or don't want to support, for whatever reason. Bad product quality or bad customer service? I'll withhold my business.
One person doesn't make a dent, but thousands can.

really?? really?? and NOW you've decided to give up? freaking seriously?? how the hell did you make it through the 90's without offing yourself if this is what has done it for you?

You may be one of the few people who can successfully get a name change. I hope you'll make the request.

90s were bad but we knew it was a bigger problem. Facilities, money, adm support. We paid $30 for a ticket. Now it triple that PLUS TAF. We build facilities and are paying some of highest staff salaries in the nation. THATs why now is different. When youre signing 26,000 notes to have the best, and we do, why do "fans" not see that averaging 4th in the west four years running is not acceptable.

I've noticed you always go for the clever/cute answer....its not working for you...sorry to disappoint.

Good choice. These other folks not making the same decision will be miserable and waste more than one Saturday I take it.

If you cared about disappointment you'd stop posting.

Nope daddy bought tickets for roughly 10-15 years as a young child But gave them up about 10 years ago. Time to return the favor. Would love to be able to return the favor in my older days....and the building the house part is bc he did it himself from start to finish and the man doesn't stop Monday through Friday working and the weekends were left to finishing his property. I've never seen a man work not stop at his age like he does.
