Elko’s reason why they outlasted us in the 4th quarter, it’s Tommy Moffitt.

It’s obvious we lost the game for other reasons but Elko says Tommy was a difference.

Per reports, Tommy’s message was getting a little stale with the kids there toward the end of the Ed era. But I am starting to think that had more to do with Ed than Tommy.

Every former player raves how Tommy was the difference maker under Les.

I think we should start to ask if our finishing problem in games comes down to Jake Flint.

BK realized he messed up with not retaining Raymond and having Polian run recruiting and not Frank. He fixed those issues and look at our defense and current recruiting class.

Maybe he will realize the same thing with Flint.

It had nothing to do with Tommy Moffitt

We started calling horrible plays, our QB thew 3 picks inside our own 35, they put in a running QB we weren't ready for, and their crowd got insane and affected us. Let's relax

This is nothing more than to stir up drama. Moffitt had 0 to do with winning that game

We've finished most games pretty strong and been better in the second half than the first. What have you seen, on the field, in terms of conditioning, to suggest Flint is a problem?

Elko is desperately a try hard. Can't wait for the inevitable aggie let down.

And Moffat's last few years here proved his time to move on had come.

This is Elko's biggest win to date and he's basking in the limelight.

Moffitt is one of, maybe still the best ever. I’ll never say anything bad about him. He did what the coaches asked him to do. He had been here since Saban’s 1st year and after 22 seasons maybe it was time to change things up. He definitely wasn’t looking to get out but i don’t really blame BK for bringing in some new blood.

Is Flint good? I don’t think we know yet. What i do know is this seeming lack of desire to dominate an opponent and finish games is more a concern i have about the head man, not the S&C coach.

It had nothing to with it and 100% our aggressiveness on defense by not covering the zone read options.

so it had nothing to do with our severe lack of depth on top of the fact that our O was putting our D in terrible position all night? great, we need MUFFIT BACK!!!

Many things contributed to the loss, but this is ultimately what cost us the most. If you turn the ball over three possessions in a row deep in your own territory it is nearly impossible to win a game.

On the first one, Nuss had Thomas coming back to him along the sideline and he was wide open for a 1st.

Maybe Nuss throwing those picks helped Moffit’s boys out ?

I don't know if you can really say this as we have had two come from behind SEC wins.

At the same time, I don't think Moffitt is a bad coach. We got pushed around in the trenches. Texas A&M has strong and physical team. It's ok to say that.

I wish that was the case, the real reason is because we recruit kids that have never seen a read option.

Oh frick off with this

They won because a mobile QB with fresh legs came in late in the 3rd and the defense completely miffed on their assignments. They rode that momentum the rest of the way while we herp derped FGs and threw up easy picks.

I fricking despise that cult so much.

Moffitt’s message stopped being received, it was time for both sides to change things up

Elko just said that to give kudos to Tommy after an emotional week, conditioning is not why we lost

He’s not wrong. Flint has our O-line looking soft and weak. Moffitt is one of the best S&C coaches in the country.

A&M abused us

The goal line 6 inch tush push showed me all I needed to see. Them boys are weak
