Don't know if it's because of him but LSU's approach to the plate this year has been fricking awful.

This has been 90% of Mainieri’s seasons. He can’t put together an offensive strategy to save his life.
It’s like we recruit players to a type. But like 10% can hit anything for average or get on base. The rest are recruited hoping for random luck of development.

I'm sure the flyballs aren't intentional .hell theres no way they do anything intentional behind the plate.
