That's funny about the PI statement, I felt the refs missed 3-4 they could have called on AU.

I would say he's just as good or better. He just took a very young offense into Jodan Hare and beat Auburn. He also came back to beat him last year after losing some big games.

Malzahn is a damn good offensive coach and has won titles as a OC and HC. o has not as a coordinator or HC.

bullshite. Burrow complete to Sullivan at the FG target line BEFORE the pi call.
Also, auburn got the same call earlier when Anthony's fingers brushed JS facemask on the third down incompletion.

Then the refs screwed up big time blowing it dead. Either way it was a major screw up that could have lost us the game.

He hasn't been a coordinator and has won some as an assistant.
He's also won H to H twice against this great offensive mind. I'd say that goes a long way plus O is only in his second year as HC. I think he deserves a little time to win one or more. I think he's proven to be a decent HC at LSU and has won some good H to H matches against some good HCs.
So again I'd say he's just as good and at least deserves some credit for being 3-0 when everyone was saying we would be 1-2 at this point while calling him a buffon, clown, you name it. Malzahn has his 2nd best team this year and O just beat him at home. He was out coached in this one and last year.
It's been a long time since LSU went into Auburn a considerable underdog and won the game. I can agree that O needs to win the SEC first before saying he's better so I retract that statement but I honestly just think he needs a little time to put it all together and he'll beat Bama and win the SEC on the way to the playoffs.
If you can't agree that he's just as good, he's not very far off and that's a huge discrepancy from what was being said about him prior to the season, just last week and when he was hired. Still had some work to do but think he's well aware of that and knows exactly what is still needed. GT
