Actually Many should be classified as SELECT since they get to recruit from 4 other high schools in the parish for their football team. What is different in principle about that than a private school going to Catholic MS games and saying "we sure would love you to enroll next year in our school". SELECT schools in larger cities are competing against other SELECT schools for that same kid while Many is simply competing for Sabine Parish kids over whether they want to play football or not.
