I wonder if upping ticket prices would change anything. Of course it would make the attendance go down, but it would ensure that the people in the seats actually want to be there and arent just treating it as a social event bc they have nothing better to do

I don’t think the regular crowd is all that different anywhere else. What you see on tv are rowdy student sections that are almost on the court. For some reason LSU decided to shove them all behind the goals and take away any kind of atmosphere that students provide. Until that changes it will always be what it is outside of big games.
