I'm not sure because the last couple have been a bit lack luster but hopefully this is a bigger bowl game against a very solid team. What does the rant think our attendance will be like?

Decent location but that kickoff time is awful. The last early game LSU had, you could hear a pin drop.

At last count we had sold half of our allotment (about 4,500). That was a few weeks ago, so I imagine that number has increased since then. If we bring 10K or more, I would consider that to me a good showing.

I think we can if Aranda can come up with something to slow their QB without our best linebacker. Not easy.

Les is gone big budda. If CEO has the boys motivated like in the A&M game, it's going to be a long day for UL. Likewise, if they come out flat like against UF, it's going to be a long day for us.

The first series will be telling for both teams.

At least this one isn't in the middle of the week.

I don't think the crowd will be big but I don't think Louisville will travel well either (they have a b-ball game that day against Indiana and alot of them will want to watch that).

If Louisville thought Kentucky was tough, they have another thing coming when they meet the Tigers!

Thankfully, UL isn't a power run team. We will miss Beckwith, but we aren't in as tough a spot as we were vs Bama and UF there. Hopefully White will get a shot to man the middle and learn the ropes with some live fire.

Doesn't matter... Players should boycott in order to preserve their bodies for next year.

LSU is missing two of its best three players in Fournette & Beckwith.

UL has a Heisman trophy winning QB.
UL has an excellent D-line, linebackers that are 235+, safeties that are 220+. They are very good at stopping LSU's offensive imperative, the rushing game.

Fans are pointing to the UK game as evidence that LSU will overpower UL, but that's fool's gold. When UL is motivated, they can be devastating. Expect the UL team that destroyed FSU.

I think UL wipes the floor with LSU. Cards by 28 or more. Really, LSU fans may not want to watch this one. It may feel like a program-killer. This will be like the Hurricane's 2005 Peach Bowl.

considering LSU only sold 4,500 out of their 9,000 ticket allotment I do not think it is going to be a good showing for LSU
