You can insult Xavier all you want. I couldn't care less. Again, I'm using it as an example of how inconsistent you are with your takes.

The season is young, so hopefully we can get better, but I'm not impressed by what I've watched so far (about half the games). Again, watch the players, don't just hear the announcer brag on a player and assume he is good.
I’ve watched almost every game
Stanfield usually makes at least 1 spectacular play a game. Curiel has also been go outside his bad dive sunday.
RF is shady,i’ll give you that, but we’ve had years with bad play right and left.

I wouldn’t call it the worst but it’s certainly not great in my opinion. Hopefully they get better .

To be completely honest he hasn’t.
He’s traveled to regionals 2/3 seasons here.
With that being said, the results of this weekend aren’t worth hitting the panic button over yet. It was the first road conference series against a top 10 team, there’s concerns, but it’s not like this team is on the brink of destruction at the moment.

You got me, good job. I will make sure to fully contextualize everything I say, knowing you are going to be a watch dog. This should only improve my takes & consistency. Thank you for reading, I will do better

Are you talking about just at LSU? If so, sure. But he went to the championship series with Arizona with neither of them.

People forget or don’t realize how hard baseball really is. It’s a sport that demands consistency and to be consistent for long periods of time. even the best players are only good 30% of the time. You would think a ball knower like OP would have factored that into his post.

Stanfield has made many plays.
Curiel has been solid af as well. He laid out on a ball that was tailing away while he was running in on it just trying to make the big play and just missed it.
Brown has been solid in RF since last season with the exception of the obvious two fly balls that he’s dropped. He has a cannon of an arm.
JP can cover ground and has also been solid also. This one of the most athletic OFs that I can ever remember defensively that can also swing the bats and get on base.

The announcers for one of the recent LSU games discussed this. Like, the only sport where a 70% fail rate is considered “Good”.

For those dipshit commentators on this thread, I was at all 3 games and Friday and Saturday the wind was blowing 25 - 35 mph. On Sunday, it was blowing 15 - 20 mph. It was blowing from the first base line out to left field. It was amazing that anyone could catch a fly ball. The only true mistake was Jake Brown's dropped fly ball on Sunday.

pearson booted one and Curiel was a little too aggressive diving for a liner.

I think it is cool that I was the 100th downvote.

I swear the baseball takes from people on here after we lose a game get worse and worse every year.

They have been great all year...They had some really bad hops not go their way but thats the least of our worries.

They definitely have the worst fans coming out of the woodwork this season.

Stanfield is very average center fielder
