Canada is good, but in no way can we label him as the best OC in the country...

Well he was the defacto best OC in the country in 2016 as he was the only offensive coordinator that was named a finalist for the Broyles award...

He has coached two games here, and beat Clemson once, and people make him out to be the best OC in existence.

Correction, he beat Clemson and Penn State in the same year without a defense. And they both finished in the top 7 nationally. He may not be the best, but that's a pretty strong resume right there with less talent.

Don't we always think we are better than other people think we are, individually and collectively?
Just askin'...

So three head coaches and two coordinators I would not trade Canada for. Thanks for playing

We will find out Tomm. State is better than usual. Good test to see where Lsu is right now.

I think we are good, I think we will get better through out the year. I have 2 games to base were we are right now against non-confrence apponents. I don't think we have seen enough yet to really gage anything more than we are pretty good. Etling is healthy. We will know more thei saturday.

I'm already getting warmed up for the game tomorrow. Just chased two habanero peppers with 4 ounces of Fireball. I got that covered...

Ignoramuses who say coach O and Danny Etling are liabilities haven't seen this LSU team play so far.

I worry about the O-line;

Also some of those long pass plays against UT-Chatt will not be so successful against SEC caliber talent...

Doesn't mean we can't run the table though...

I'm hoping so. If we can dominate State, we are on our way to something special.

We're both improved. It's who is improved the most and I definitely feel like it is LSU. In fact, I believe LSU wins this one easily going away.

What are you smoking? Go back to 2012 and watch Metts' many passes. Most of them weren't anywhere near as accurate as Danny Etling's passes were last week. Not even the pros passes are perfect and that's why good wide receivers are supposed to make plays on the pass. After all they have the advantage because they see the ball in the air first.

He has coached a lot of other games too you know.

Overall Pitt's offense was incredibly impressive last year. Their OLine was trash. Their QB middle of the road at best. No real WR talent and 1 decent RB who wasn't 100%.
