Do we want the ball first or defense first?

Guys, I want the stadium rocking from
The 1st second to the last!!!
Starting on defense first with a quick three and out would have the stadium rocking!! But, I am so ready to see the new offense, esp because I know we are not going three and out on the first series like the last few years.
O or D first and why? What say you??

Prefer d first

Get the crowd in it from the rip and really rattle their QB and offense, likely better field position if we can get a big stop or T.O.

Lane will 100% take ball first

But seriously, I agree. Get that QB out there when Tiger Stadium is rockin', get a nice 3 & out or turnover and enjoy knowing you get the ball to start the 2nd half.

Defense starts if LSU wins the flip. Electric stadium + first time starting qb + stacked and experienced defense = winning combo.
I have no doubt that there will be people disappointed in the offense Saturday. That defense is about to show out. 31 - 10.

Rattle the new Clemson early and offense. Let the defense set the tone. I think this will be the best defense LSU has had since the 2016 and 2017 seasons.

I was leaning to go Defense first. But I dont think it matter what happens if we have the ball first. Crowd will still be electric when clemson gets their first series. If we up 7-0 at that point. Jesus it will be rocking. So I now lean towards take the ball and go score.
