Washington and Idaho aren't awful OOC matchups, but I really think we need to consider taking on an early road game in place of Towson.

Cop out. We'll do fine financially without 4 OOC home games.

I think the OOC road test is invaluable for the team in the long run. See, e.g., this year.

NO. We will begin the season ranked in the top 3 (maybe the top 1). Unless and until we lose a game, we will remain there. SEC play will give us adequate SOS. No reason we can't pull a 'Bama every now and then.

My issue is not even completely a perception one.

Although, I'd be lying if I said I didn't personally hate the way it looks.

I think it's overall good for the team.

yes, Idaho sucks.

I dont care. just run the table in the SEC. 12-0. no one will vote against LSU after they beat Ark and bama.

towson will be replaced with aTm. after that the schedule is fine. UNT and Idaho are both better than NWST, and washington is a middle of the road pac 12 team.

This. LSU's reward is another tough game and another chance for injury.

There's no proof that playing a big OOC road game makes a team better. Right now LSU would still be #1 if they'd played Louisiana-Monroe and Akron instead of Oregon and West Virginia.

Where will the two new SEC teams land on the schedules? That should be determined first.

99% chance you start out #1 at worst #2 you. Bama may have a top ten match up with Michigan and pass you much like this year. But with 9 conf games, your OOC does not even have to have Wash.

I would like it if LSU could drop Idaho (who is 2-9 this year) and maybe North Texas (who is 4-7 this year). North Texas I have less of a problem with because it is nice to play teams from Texas... just so long as they aren't this bad next year

I have less of a problem with Towson (1aa but 9-2 atm) assuming they are expected to be a good 1aa next year

Wait.. Who the hell is Towson??

Did they send a fruit basket to our AD or something? How did we even find that team.
