Kelly's first year was the freshman year for Perkins. How does he have any eligibility left?
What are some of you people smoking? You should be able to look at them and tell that they don't have LSU's athletes. If both teams are at full strength (including Nuss) then LSU wins by 14. Ask Ole Miss who they'd rather play.

Does anyone know how Isiah W. and Haynesville are doing against Jeanerette?Cannot get anything in NW Arkansas.
Thanks for any help!
4th quarter: Jeanerette 6 Haynesville 0

Technically Richard Anderson has not signed…
Technically? Either he has or he hasn't. It's gotten to the point where it's hard to believe anything in this recruiting cycle.

I'm tired of people trying to ruin everything that was good about this sport, by replacing everything with never ending expansion, realignment, pseudo free agency, and trying to duck out of playing games, for one reason or another.
There's nothing good anymore about conference title games. They've outlived their usefulness. They're only good for getting a key player hurt like Carson Beck (Georgia QB) last season.

Every DC in the country should want CR as his DB coach
Agreed but the problem is that Blake Baker can't make up his friggin mind about whether he's going to be a head coach or if he'll stay at LSU as the DC. If he leaves and we have to hire a new DC then that guy may have his own CB coach in mind and in that case there would be no room for Raymond.
I'd give it a B+ with a chance for an A. He needs a couple more of those previously committed linemen to sign before he gets an A......Cooley, Brown, Geralds.

By God, I'm willing to bet that you're just dying to explain it to that overwhelming majority just so you can show the world how smart you are.

FSU is about to have a say themselves.
They can match anything LSU or Gators offer.
Are you sure about that? I heard Florida St. is broke. I know they had financial troubles a couple of years ago and they've been getting ACC TV money in recent years.....not SEC money.

I am ashamed of LSU if they put all their hopes on a guy that has never won anything , anywhere,
Oh please !! Just stop it. What exactly was Kiffin supposed to win at Ole Miss? He's got them on course for their fourth Top Ten finish in the last five seasons. That hasn't been done at Ole Miss since the early 1960's.....over 60 years ago. If the man can do that at Ole Miss then I can't wait to see what he can do at LSU. Doesn't he deserve the right to hire the assistant coaches that he feel most confident in? I hope he keeps, Wilson, Baker and Raymond as well but if he doesn't then so be it.
The record for a conference having the most teams finishing ranked in the AP poll in one year is seven which the SEC has done five times and the Big Ten once.

SEC: 1999,2012,2013, 2018, 2024
Big Ten: 1999

That's right. In 1999 the SEC and the Big Ten both had seven teams that finished ranked in the final AP poll.

Alabama is responsible for 1/3 of the SEC’s trophies.
Ohio St. and Michigan are responsible for nearly all the Big Ten trophies.
Now run along.

Everyone on this thread is saying… forget the HS quarterback for 2026 and Geaux after a Transfer Portal Target.

Ok…. I’ll roll with your suggestions.

Give suggestions of who to pursue then !!
We don't know who's available yet.

How is that not funny? Who would pass up the chance to laugh at Missouri being the first program ever kicked out? You must be LSU-level-low-IQ if you dont think that would be funny.
If you think that would be funny then it's Missouri that has the low level IQ's.

The SEC obviously already has a presence in Florida and South Carolina. So the SEC may not be interested in Clemson and FSU.
What year are you in? 2012? Why does it matter what state you're in? There's no way either FSU or Clemson are joining the Big Twelve. If Greg Sankey's dumb enough to let those two national brands get away then the Big Ten will gladly take them and they'll permanently take over college football from the SEC.....if they haven't already.

Get rid of him. I have no use for guys who get hurt. They don't help me win.

Clemson
FSU

Those are the only two football programs that would increase the SEC's TV package.
Let's just stay at an 8 game conference schedule and keep it as it is. The SEC doesn't need the Big Ten to tell them how to make their schedules. The SEC figured out last year that the playoff committee has decided that you are what your W-L says you are. Thus IMO I don't see what we gain by going to a 9 game conference schedule other than a little more TV money from ESPN.
