Damn the teeth falling out and no brakes are big ones for me as well, didn't realize these were common as it seems in this thread.
Spiders/Wasps hanging out in front of my face is another recurring one for me, though that one may be more specific to hunting in box stands that weren't cleared out growing up

Yes I have this dream all the time. I am stomping the break and the car won't stop and it rear ends the car in front. It's never going fast just like my car needed 2 more feet to stop before hitting the other car.

Yes. Vehicles are usually a dream sign for how you feel about your life as a whole. I often have dreams where I am losing control of the car and it’s almost always when there are things I can’t control going on. Key to interpreting the meaning of the dream is to recall the *feeling* you have upon awakening. It doesn’t last long so you have to consciously focus on it, then you should have your answer to what your subconscious is telling you.

And you can’t stop the car?
My dream ends up being I am driving down a road in the dark, the lights are on but either so dim I can't see the road or they simply aren't working, yet I'm still trying to drive and not wreck.

I have that dream all the time. Just like you said, coming up on a car at a red light, and can't stop. Also have dreams I need to use the phone and can't put in the number I need.
