I don't think anyone is seriously advocating for 0 piped in music.
Can we just limit the soundboard and turn the music from 140db to like 105 db.

There's a difference between playing music to mix things us and blaring Mr. Brightside at the loudest possible volume through the shittiest speakers imaginable while the band is trying to play.
The DJ played right over the band at least twice this past weekend, from what I remember.
I know the pearl clutchers in Tiger Stadium get the ick when the students start a STTDB chant, but that's no reason to constantly cut off our marching band in the middle of a song. The students aren't gonna stop doing it. Besides, the powers that be seem to have no issue playing Set it Off with the students screaming the unedited lyrics in the stadium.

I can guarantee you the players don’t want to hear weird arse EDM noises in between every play or “Don’t Stop Me Now” by Queen or “Mr Brightside” turned up at max volume. These were all featured on that shitshow of a playlist on Saturday.
