It's almost like he started to talk back to him then looked away. I love the "old man finger" getting pointed to him as he gets mad

Somebody won't be getting Spurrier's vote for the Coaches All-SEC team!

Spurrier actually went out on the field to make his last comment. Not that often you see a coach be that aggressive towards an opposing player ( see Woody Hayes' last game ).

I love Logan18 as a true Tiger and fighter on the DL BUT he does need to show some respect to his elders, no matter what was said. You cant be a man unles you know how to conduct yourself.

For those who watched on t.v., how were Spurrier' antics last night compared to usual?

Wasn't watching him much but did see him grab and crumple up his visor one time and go to throw it but didn't throw. And on the highlights, on one sack it looks like he got so pissed that he kind of did a little stamping of his feet in frustration thing.

Being a football player doesnt mean you lose your upbringing. I know his mama didnt teach him to talk to his elders like that. You cant be a man unles you know how to conduct yourself.

Don't be such a bitch. It was a close game, adrenaline is high, and Bennie Logan is not Spurrier's player. Bennie Logan is a grown arse man.

Imagine if Clowney or Shaw had said something like that to Miles, and we ended up losing.

Everyone on here would be calling it a classless move.

Methuselah,

There was one scene on the sideline that they showed on the telecast; you MUST see it! Spurrier is trying not to throw shite, and he does control himself, but his body goes to jerking spasmodically because of the effort.

He's been worse. But he did do a few spasms where what was inside, could not get out. He would remove the headset, and then the visor. At that point I don't think he remembered what to do with the visor, and put it back on.

I don't care either way. You can't tell me you've never been in a situation where a coach is going insane and you thought or said "Shut the frick up, dude". He may not have heard it, but it's a sport. People need to stop worrying about "class" when we have the most classless, pathetic, bandwagon fanbase in the SEC.

IMO, the play was borderline roughing. Agreed with the earlier poster that the phantom "intent" call on Loston was somewhat of a makeup for the no call.

As for Bennie, I have no idea what he said if anything and in some respects I could care less if had he stomped on Spurrier's toes. But our players need to maintain composure. There's no value added toward victory by engaging Spurrier at that point. None.

Adrenaline out of control can cost us a win. Bennie is a grown man but he's also wearing P&G.
