Did anyone else catch this weird moment from Aranda in the Peach Bowl?

I avoided the game thread so don't know if everyone else saw it, but on Kary Vincent's interception, I'm pretty sure Dave straight up shoves an another assistant out of his way while celebrating.
Maybe it's Aranda's demeanor, but it didn't seem like a "hell yeah" kind of shove, more like "the hell out of my area" push
Anyways, good luck to you, Dave

Dave's a little bit of an odd dude. His daughter and mine played on the same soccer team the last 2 years, and he would come around some. Even when he did he always stayed away from pretty much everybody, and just sort of stared at the field, never really seeming to be engaged at all. His wife was the total opposite, very outgoing and nice to everybody, I think she knew she had to make up for his social shortcomings

It may have been his attempt at a “hell yeah” push. I fully expect Bo and O to be ripping smelling salts this fall on the sidelines to get the juices flowing.

Coach O and Bo Pelini bringing the wild boys back!

Some people are just social creatures and some are not. It doesn't make a person bad or good. It just is what it is.
If I were him and I were at my girl's soccer game, I wouldn't want to talk to every Tom, Dickhead, and Harry who comes up to me and says "Go Tigahs" either.

During the Clemson game he showed a lot of emotion on one of Clyde's big runs and when Stingley recovered the fumble created by Delpit.

When I coached at U-High and we had Ben and Manny, Les would park near the ops building outside of the fenced in stadium so he could watch in peace.

Definitely got a bit of an autistic-savant vibe from Aranda...

David Patrick's daughter played soccer on my kid's team, and he was cool as shite. Nice dude, would talk to anyone.
Being a college coach doesn't automatically mean you are an anti-social shitbag, but Saban made that chic.

I was going to say, I think he could be Asperger's.
He was very engaging at his Baylor intro presser though.

When I got back from ATL I watched the replay and noticed that. I rewound it 20 times

Something tells me o and Aranda has a lot of heart to heart meetings this season but at the end of the day the d held up when it mattered most
Baylor is a great fit for Aranda first job
Now o can run the defense he really wants

I much prefer reserved people than the average drunk who just likes to hear himself talk

Saban is actually a pretty nice and engaging guy at more formal social gatherings . He's not the douche....he does not talk shop away from the office. He is very observant of many things going on.

Bingo. He’s there as his little girl’s dad, not Coach Aranda

I was able to meet him once in a social setting. Viewed from afar at points during the evening. A total introvert total in ever sense of the word. Didn’t make any small talk just took it all in. Very interesting dude.

Dave is clearly an odd dude, but he's a damn genius and I'll love him forever.

I visited with him a bit in the Diamond Club at Minute Maid before we played Baylor. He could not have been nicer
