Hard to prove that , but I think it’s public knowledge he didn’t want WW . And pretty obvious they don’t get along- just compare it to John Brady/WW relationship.

If Dale is innocent, of course Jordy owes him an apology.
I've got to believe that he is very sure it is true, if false, this could be career ending for Jordy.

Last year he committed to not going to another game while Wade was the coach at LSU

They showed him at multiple games late in the season this year (one where he was sitting with Jesus - Jim Caviezel). He also was interviewed late in the season and talked about the team being well-coached and thought they had overachieved to some degree.

Yeah this is the best lineup Baton Rouge has ever had. Even Jimmy's show is really good. We are lucky once you get past Lebretard.

Seems to be backing off directly implementing Dale Brown

I don't think he is backing off Brown at all. He doesn't need to say his name again as everyone knows who he is talking about when he says "I stand on that comment."

Sounds more like he was probably told to cool it a little and not be so direct or forceful in blaming Brown unless he can or is willing to provide proof that it is him.

I'm sure Gordy told Culotta to chill on directly naming Brown anymore. It's caused a bit of a shite storm.

Tbobs solo hour is not good. With him and lebetard that can be 3 straight hours of terrible political takes.

Plus all of the stuttering and incoherent lines of thought.

Jordy is doubling down this morning lol

Did mention that LSU’s basketball program has confirmed that there is a leak inside it.

I believe you misunderstood what he said. See Lester's transcription of what Jordy said.

He was saying the staff confirmed that they were told by Cisse's camp that Vitale's comments did spook him some and had an effect on the situation; not that it was the sole or even biggest reason for him choosing Memphis, but that it did play a role in it. (Jimmy Ott made similar comments Tuesday night on his show)

As for the leak, all he has said is that it has been told to him that there is a leak and that the info. was definitely coming from someone inside the AD. But he wasn't saying that Wade or the basketball staff is who is confirming the leak.

If the leak was coming from inside LSU, does it make the leak true? Are we waiting for an NOA?

That’s pretty much what I meant. He didn’t name Dale once this morning. I think it’s pretty clear He was told to chill lol

Unlike LSU who is presumed have NCAA allegations coming, Memphis is CURRENTLY dealing with NCAA allegations. They soon will be the first or second school to have their fate decided by an outside arm, not the NCAA, with NO appeals process. So to think the threat of potential NCAA allegations/sanctions being levied against LSU was the thing that swayed Cisse to Memphis, a program ACTUALLY facing NCAA allegations is a bit illogical.

What likely happened is the tweets were purposely sent by Dick to buy Memphis more time to (cough, cough) "buy" Cisse's signature. A LSU signing seemed imminent and the handlers/brokers needed to quickly extend the deadline. That's where Dick was used.

Cisse is from Africa. He didn't just sell all of his belongings to come to the US in hopes of chasing a dream. People in the basketball world saw his talent/potential and brought him over to the US. First to New York. Then to Memphis. Those people weren't members of UNICEF. They were/are folks looking to get a return on their investment. Dick's tweets were probably used at the public justification for the signing delay. In reality, the people behind the scenes just needed more time to negotiate. Any lawyer/businessman knows that most deals don't get done unless there is a deadline. The tweets from Cisse saying he was going to commit were the deadlines to see if "negotiations" were over and give the competitors the impetus to increase their offers. Apparently, after some delay, Cisse's team was able to squeeze an offer from Memphis LSU wouldn't match/beat

Dale needs to ride off into the sunset.

Dale Brown is to LSU Basketball, What Les Miles was to LSU Football.

The game passed Dale Brown By just like it did Les Miles.

Hey Dale, I know you are reading this. You had all that talent and could not win a Natty. So why don't you get behind the program and support it instead of criticize it

Dale, I am sure your boy Marty Broussard is looking down from heaven proud of the politics you are playing

Personally, I don't understand why the guy can't be straight up sued for anything and defamation of character.

Seems like anyone could sue anyone these days.

Nah he won't be pissed, he'll just move the date back again. He could care less about being wrong umpteen times as long as he gets to be right once. Also, the gleeful way he acts regarding these allegations is disturbing. Seems like he doesn't care that the kids on the team already are the ones that pay the price.

Anyone gets sued & the first legal action taken after filing an Answer to the suit is the filing of deposition requests. Here, one side or the other does not want to go under oath. The atty opposing Brown would be licking his chops to get Dale under oath, and Dickie V would also be called on to answer questions under oath.

1. Programs shouldn’t allow fired coaches to hang around and have affects on the programs. They were fired for a reason.

2. I though hiring Woody was supposed to end all of the AD issues?

Obviously Jordy's got other duties and does well in sales, but giving T-Bob the keys to the car for an hour is unlistenable. Ratings will plunge and listeners will either turn the dial or turn off the app at the constant babble about Star Wars or other Sci-Fi movies during what's supposed to be an hour of sports talk.
