Huh? Of course we are getting a NOA, quite literally everyone named in the FBI stuff has gotten or is getting one. Not sure what your point is here. The NCAA would look foolish and incompetent to not at least have a reactionary response to everyone named in it. The issue is what actual evidence do they even have in the end? A few phone calls with intentionally vague information isn't anything other than a conversation starter,

I've full faith nothing will come of this. LSU never would have reinstated Wade if they thought there was anything here. Furthermore, Wade would have been stupid to renegotiate is contract and boldly state nothing else would come out if he knew there was more.
Dickie V needs to STFU and stop willing something to happen on schools he chooses not to protect.

the only thing that has been made public about lsu is wade making an unspecific comment. if i were lsu and they came at us with just that, i would tell them to shove it. if they try to sanction lsu, sue them and start airing dirty laundry. they let freaking unc players skip class and didn't do anything. the duke scandal is public knowledge. kansas is fighting them on MUCH WORSE issues so, lsu should do the same.
and how psu didn't get the death penalty is a travesty. they knowingly harbored a child molester for years. that is unbelievable. people throwing shade at lsu for this is just laughable. how about louisville acquiring hookers for players.

This last paragraph is why I still feel pretty good about everything.
From a PR perspective because of both media bias and incompetent administrators we were the most publicized school in all of this.
If the NCAA wanted this to go away quietly they hammer us loudly and quickly and then stay mum. Instead they went after Kansas etc. they have everything possible they need on us yet “it’s still coming”? Doesn’t make sense.
If Kansas duke auburn Arizona etc get something and then we get something I can live with that. What pissed me off was how we were singled out in all this by the media yet now here we are with barely a peep about self a year ago and they have loic thrown at them.

What makes no sense is Wade renegotiating his contract the way he did, and so publicly state nothing else would come out, if he knew there was more that could come out.
LSU did what was smart. Wade, if he knows there's more to come, did not.

Wade, like the rant, is just betting that they can’t prove anything. And he knows he wouldn’t have much of a case anyway if they just wanted to fire him with cause. So the new clause is just window dressing, in all reality.
He knew he had to get back on the road to recruit.

Agree we will get NOA but nothing comes of it . Duke ,Kansas , North Carolina and maybe Kentucky will all have to join the party. All I will say is if anything comes of this Wade taking down a lot of peeps.

Seeing a segment on the Zion scandal right now. How much does Vitale and Bilas hate this? Will Bilas mock Duke and use air quotes to talk about their successes. They are such disgusting pieces of shite.
I watched Bomani Jones yesterday touch on something we've all been saying. It's funny how the media frames these allegations once certain schools are involved. They call some people cheaters but if its a school like Duke then it's "Oh, thats just how it is now" and lets have philosophical discussions on paying players. Anything and everything to protect the pageantry of basketball blue bloods.

I think the NCAA will basically call the sacrifice of Wade good enough and then hit LSU with scholarship reductions, probation and maybe a one year postseason ban.
If these are the choices we should take the big hit and keep ww. It’s taken us 10+ years and 3 coaches to do what he did in 2 years. We’ll bounce back much faster keeping him. Ride or die with ww.
