This right here. Coack K and Bobby Knight are two of my favorite basketball coaches to ever coach, so I don't have the hatred towards Duke that most others have. It should be clear as day to everybody what Vitale is doing though. I just hope he gets exposed for it somehow, although the blue blood crew (along with their network) will probably never let it happen.
College basketball is the dirtiest of the dirty. Will Wade came in, without going through their channels, and was beating their arse at their own game. They don't like that, so Vitale is the mouth piece.
I said it right when it happened, the Cisse delay was 99% due to Vitale and maybe (MAYBE) 1% due to the riot shite. That BS was not falsely released by Vitale by accident. It wasn't bad timing, it was on Caliparis timing.

Especially when he said LSU had been notified of violations which was a flat out lie.

Nike paid Zion's mom $50K for bogus "consulting services" when Zion was still in H.S. She admitted as much. Nike & Adidas pay the players families and then the shoe companies steer the players to certain schools. Thats how it has always gone down. The schools claim "no knowledge" because the payments are always by the shoe companies. The shoe companies bid for the top H.S. players every year. The NCAA can't touch the school's because they can almost never prove that there is a direct link between the shoe companies and the colleges. Its been going on this way for a long time. You have people that work as "agents" for the shoe companies that broker the deals. They aren't shoe company employees so its difficult to prevent and very hard to prove. Thats why the top players almost always end up at a select few schools like Duke, UNC, Ky. Louisville, Michigan State, Arizona, Oregon, Kansas etc..Its extremely hard to prove a direct connection between the shoe companies, the schools and the players families. Its not like the days of sending cash in a FedEx envelope like what happened with a Ky player about 20 years ago. The shoe companies know how to disguise it. Lots of payments for "consulting services" going on lol.

Why would there be a cash settlement if there’s nothing to settle? If i were Zion and did nothing wrong, i’d tell them to get fricked. Otherwise you’re opening yourself up to a number of predatory lawsuits.

They aren’t getting paid only by the shoe companies. Duhon’s mom’s House was laid for by a Duke booster. Nike reps multiple schools, if this was true, Nike wouldn’t care if Zion played for Duke or for LSU.
The players and their families are getting benefits from both sides. And they are definitely getting paid by boosters to push them to a certain school.

Unfortunately, it's beginning to look like Dale and Dick are allies on this. Hope I'm wrong on that but more and more folks tell me Dale and WW ain't frying fish together.

All Zion has to say is that neither he nor his family received any illegal benefits from Duke or any of its boosters and this would all go away.
So, why doesn't he just do that if Duke is clean?
