The beat goes on. Never a real physical player at LSU. He could cover but not physical.

Great kid and an even better player. Sad that some on here feel the need to hate him because he chose not to play through injury, especially in a lost season under Ed.

Texans doing him a favor by keeping him out of the last few games in an utterly disastrous season
Yeah, they also put Pierce on IR and ruled out Cooks for the foreseeable future. Seems like they are tanking for draft capital.

Take a look at your life and ask yourself why you have to shite on a former LSU player?

Fair question

He’s a high end athlete, millionaire, and his job is the highest level you can attain. You’re a fat white guy who is an assistant manager at autozone. Stingley has done and made more than you ever will. Stop shitting on people that have done better than you because they didn’t do what you wanted them to do.

Strange response

It’s not like it matters, the Texans would probably even loose to the saints. They are probably packing it in to ensure they get the top pick. But on the other hand, Sting hasn’t been healthy since we beat Clemson if he is really hurt

Probably an organizational decision considering their season is in the gutter. No point in playing him.

Spell my name right. I’m not shitting on working at autozone. I’m shitting on a guy shitting on a former LSU player for being injured.

Or maybe...just maybe...they are 1-10-1 and him playing at this point in the year serves no purpose.

Kinda like the last 2 games in 2020. He could have played but why?

Idk, but he's been hurt now the last few seasons going from LSU to the pros now. To me players today have become soft, they make huge money now and hardly play for it. Smh Michael Thomas with the Saints is a perfect example. They need to stop signing them to these huge deals and make them sign deals to earn the damn money now.

You can't know this. There are professionals on this board that do more for people and society than Stingley ever will. You need to examine your hero worship of athletes.

Is this surprising? He hasnt played an entire season since his freshman year!

Not trying to hate on the kid by any means but I really don’t think he was as amazing as people made him up to be.

When healthy he was solid for sure but no where close to PP, TM, Adams or Tre White IMO. I think any time LSU has a DB who is showing flashes, the world pumps them up due to the DBU history. Case in point, Greedy Williams.

He is the only player in the HISTORY OF COLLEGE FOOTBALL to be named a Consensus All-American as a true freshman on the defensive side of the ball...that's better than the players you mentioned and it's slightly above better than SOLID!

The only player EVER!

And there are only 3 others on the offensive side of the ball!

Doesn’t mean shite. That’s opinion of the press. Has little to do with their performance it’s more about the school and players reputation.

Again, LSU is known to have great DBs therefore Stingley won the award. Add on top of the fact that this is the 2019 team we’re talking about. Everyone won an award.

I don’t worship any athlete. What I don’t do is talk shite about a former LSU player because he got injured.
