He didn’t shite on it, he just said he didn’t know what was in it. Which I think is more of a general talking point. Ponamsky probably just took what O believes and churched it up and put it on paper.

I loved the post. The whole thing about the binders was so overblown. To me, it was like a corporate thing where you laid out a big goal, talked broadly how you would get there, then had different details for every employee. What Dave Aranda would need to do for the Tigers to win a championship is different than what a position coach would need to do, different than what Ponamsky would need to do, different that what a nutritionist would need to do

This. Also, the process Alleva used to select a candidate seemed flawed at best. It appeared to limit the number of candidates for convenience and be driven by emotion rather than structure and logic. Personally, that’s why I was against the initial hire. I thought it could work out OK, but nothing like this.
I have no issue saying I was dead wrong.
