Denbrock's playcalling as it pertains to the running game left much to be desired, and I hold him personally responsible for both losses to FSU.

Like everyone else, I loved our offense this past year, and I look forward to Sloan continuing where they left off.

And please for the love of God, can we stop with the Denbrock sucks, or we didn't want him anyway. It's making us look like a bunch of Cucks.

The opposite would be making us look like cucks. If we were wishing him good luck and shite. Frick him

Why would an Offensive Coordinator choose to leave The Heisman House?

So far in this thread.

We want Joe Brady.

Denbrock was not great. JD Nabors and Thomas made him look good.

Not in this thread.

Burrow Chase Marshall and the RBs was not the reason Brady was great.

Well that's just stupid. Both extremes make us look retarded. We shouldn't care about how we look anyway. Coaches leave. Coordinators leave. Replace them with the best available and keep it moving. This doesn't to be the greatest thing in the world or the worst. It's just a thing. Keep it moving.

Well, you’ve got some pretty legit OE post Brady that proves that he was a pretty important part of that offense.

Why would he leave? Money, control of offense, he was in an awesome situation. Doesn’t make sense to resign and pretty much leave two days after signing day. What am I missing?

Our fault though cause he agreed to an extension already but we can’t do anything till the board approves it and they don’t meet again till February, I mean we couldn’t have had an emergency meeting that too hard on these rich fricks or something?

I got immediately blasted and anchored for posting this exact thing. Have a special session to approve the contract and this doesn’t happen.

Denbrock is a lifelong Midwest guy. He spent 10 years at ND all together. He’s spent his entire career in the Midwest aside from 1 year at Stanford and 2 at LSU. You know he’s got a ton of family and friends in the Midwest vs the Southeast. Brian Kelly is the only reason Mike came to BR. He convinced Mike to leave the region he’s always called home to come to a place that is extremely foreign to say the least.

He’s 59 and is winding down. This is a young guys job. Thank you for your service and best of luck in South Bend!

I truly don’t think it’s a personal thing. He just wants to be at ND. That’s his place. Much like LSU being the place for people from here. It’s not a big deal.

Makes sense for Denbrock as he had a great season and his home is like 2 hours from ND.
