The rumors that he is reporting put the SEC in the crosshairs as a defendant.
If his reporting is true, and his sources know of the SEC and/or its members threatening LSU, there's no real argument that the SEC hasn't violated the TRO.
If I was one of these players, I'd seriously consider filing suit based on this information.
